Refund, Will-Call and Ticket Policies
All pre-sales will be available for pickup at the door with photo ID or email receipt.All sales are final. Refunds will only be given if we are unable to perform a show as scheduled.Any multi-ticket discounts are applied to least expensive ticket.Seating is first come, first serve, unless otherwise noted. Doors open 30 minutes before curtain time, so arriving early is recommended for large groups that wish to sit together.If ordering for a group of 10 or more, email info(at)encore-theatre-company.org or call 615-598-8950 to inquire about a group discount.Even though there is a shipping address in the online form, you will not receive physical tickets. Admission is gained by presenting a matching photo ID, or copy of your order details, at will-call.
